Art of Worrying


Worry was part of my daily life for decades. Until a few short years ago, I think I'd have made the argument that it's what I did best.

One of my "superpowers" as a child was the ability to morph into whatever might lighten the mood and/or load at any given time. As such, I also developed the capability to stuff my own anxiety and uneasiness.

In my late teens, I decided that I wanted to be seen as the free-spirit type, so I carried the skill into my adult relationships — a closet hand-wringer, if you will.

Worrying wasn't just a feeling anymore. It was a verb my verb — and it had become my default setting.

Then, in 2019, I'd finally had it. I was on a run in the Texas Hill Country, and I saw the clearest vision of my dark days behind me. It was at that moment that I knew my purpose, and exactly who I wanted to help going forward.

I attended a two separate coaching programs, while also going to work intensively on myself.

It was at the Life Coach School that I learned about emotions and how I could easily let go of any actions or feelings that were working against me. More importantly, that I could generate any feeling (and therefore result) that I wanted.


And now, I'd love to share it with YOU!


I initially designed this mini-course with the intention of giving you some bite-size chunks of "worry wisdom". Now that it's finished, I think the amount of applicable information in here packs quite a punch. My hope is that it'll alter the way you view your world forever.

What are emotions, anyway? Where do they come from? Why do we struggle to name them? Why do we tend to run from them?

We'll start by taking a dive into these basic - but rarely taught or talked about - concepts you'll use throughout the remainder of class (heck, if all goes according to plan, hopefully for the remainder of your life! 😉).

Understanding WHY is half the battle. You can apply these principles to any emotion or action, really. I actually show you how you can use these same concepts to quit over-drinking, over-eating, or any other habit youre ready to let go of!

How To Stop Worrying

In the final segment, you'll learn the 3 things you need to know to stop worrying today. Although they are simple concepts, I provide full explanations, along with detailed examples of how to apply them in your daily life.
